Sabrina Suber Vereen has over a decade of experience in both the academic and corporate settings.  Most recently, she has served in an advisory role to senior and executive leadership at Novant Health, in the capacity of senior business planner (strategic planning) and senior business systems analyst (business intelligence, health informatics).  Prior to this position, she had served as assistant vice-president in a Charlotte-based consulting group, now known as Anodyne Health.  Other healthcare positions and scholarly experiences include affiliations with DukeHealth, UNC Healthcare, and Carolinas Healthcare System and various physician practices.

Sabrina was a member of the faculty of the Health Administration and Behavior Department at UNC Charlotte in an adjunct role in AY2005.  Her latest teaching role was as adjunct faculty for the human resources graduate course at UNC-Charlotte (Spring 2006) for the students in the master of health administration program.  She has also guest lectured at Duke University (Environmental Health seminar) and participated in autism research at UNC-Chapel Hill, HUD-sponsored grant on lead prevention at North Carolina Central University, and Pfizer-sponsored biological research at Florida A&M University throughout her academic career.

She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has is a 2004 alumna of the PhD Project Conference.  She has served on the board of Self-Help Credit Union and Urban League of Central Carolinas Young Professionals.
